  2. Mash yolks: Slice the eggs in half lengthwise & get rid of the yolks (per the recipe beneath). Use a fork to mash them with mayonnaise & seasonings till creamy.
  3. Fill the eggs: Spoon the egg yolk mixture (or pipe with a piping bag) into the egg whites.

Cooking Eggs for Deviled Eggs

Cook the challenging boiled eggs applying any of the following solutions (air fryer is my preferred followed by Immediate Pot):

This classic deviled eggs recipe is so straightforward to make as a side dish, appetizer, or even as a healthier snack!

  • Difficult boil eggs in an immediate pot, air fryer, or on the stove top rated. Cool eggs totally.
